Certified Water & Mold Restoration LLC is one of Angie's List Super Service award winners for mold remediation and testing services in Branson MO. While our primary goal is to ensure that your home or business is safe for its occupants, we make every effort to minimize demolition and therefore reconstruction costs. Air quality testing is available and recommended in some cases, but our staff will not test unnecessarily.

Molds are always present in our natural environment, but they can pose health risks when elevated levels are found. There are many types of toxic molds which have the potential to be detrimental to your health and safety. Mold spores are lightweight and spread by air currents, and must be dealt with as soon as they're detected.

Our professionals are certified and experienced in mold remediation projects ranging from entire structures to small and isolated areas. We use a balanced approach when recommending solutions to each situation. Occupant and worker safety is our primary concern, and yet we reasonably assess the scope of the problem to minimize remediation costs.

The Leading Mold Remediation Contractors in Branson MO

First and foremost, to stop the growth of mold, it is important to find and stop the water/moisture concern. Mold spores will not grow if moisture is not present. Indoor mold can, and should be prevented or controlled by eliminating moisture. Look for evidence of water penetrating the house by locating water stains or moist areas and fix the water source. Common leaks may come from foundation cracks, improperly sealed windows, a damaged toilet seal, sink plumbing, ice machine lines, or bathtub drains.

The initial step in our Mold inspections is always visual. Our inspectors are also certified mold remediators, and can normally identify whether a mold concern is actually microbial in nature.

Look For The Signs!

If any of the following conditions exist within your home or business, then you may need to consider a mold inspection:

  1. There are visible signs of water damage
  2. There is a "musty" smell in the home or structure
  3. The structure has experienced a roof or plumbing leak
  4. The structure has experienced a leaking basement
  5. The structure has experienced other water problems

"Awesome!!! We hired another A rated company that had a couple of really bad reviews that we thought were just flukes. Let me tell you, if they have an F, there is a reason! Our biggest mistake was going with the other company because they were a couple hundred dollars cheaper, and we paid for it in the end. Another clue is that if the bid looks unprofessional, the work and attention to detail will be the same. Mike and Kent were not only professional, but truly cared about our situation. They even sent a thank you card and gift after the job, and our insurance agent loved being involved in the process. I have dealt with many contractors, and it is rare to find caring, honest, and educated guys in that industry. I would recommend them to my mother, and there motto should be Cleaning Up Other People's Messes! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!"

"The pipe broke while I was away. I would estimate water ran for 5 or so hours. I came home to a puddle in the kitchen (and lots of steam). Once I went downstairs, all the ceiling drywall was drooping down a good foot or so. The carpet in the basement was under half an inch of water. That night, I worked to get all the carpet and carpet padding out myself. The next day, I realized how bad the leak was behind the walls, so I started looking for professional help. Mike and the team showed up in under 90 minutes ready to work. Keep in mind it was a Sunday and power was out at my house due to a storm. They stayed that entire day into the evening to get everything listed above pulled out so the house could dry. They set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry it out. They were good about setting up times each day that week to show up and check on the house. They worked with my schedule and were there when they said they would be. This work was paid for by an insurance claim, so I can't really speculate on price."

div>"We had a leak in the kitchen & water had soaked everything under the sink, the insulation, drywall & under the kitchen vinyl. After repairs were made, we had Certified Watrer & Mold Restoration out. I had seen their ad on the internet & that they had great reviews & were on Angie's List. Everything I had read was true & even better. They were very responsive, helpful, informative & timely. They made a bad situation the best it could be. They did the demo & dried everything up with fans & a dehumidifier & put up plastic to keep the debris & heat in the kitchen. Restoration was just as efficient - if I could rate higher than 5 I would."
