I would love to be able to give a 5 star review, but I can’t. Full disclosure, they did not do any work and that’s a large part of the problem. A little over a week and a half ago I filled in their online contact form. They responded very promptly and were able to send someone to take a look at my mold problem the next business day.My mold issue is fairly small, but I would still prefer to have professionals take care of it. The individual who came out said he’d have a quote by the end of the day. That was Monday, January 20th. On Wednesday the 22nd, I reached back out and was told they’d check on it. I’ve yet to receive a quote and at this point know that I won’t.While I understand small jobs are likely not appealing for a business, the 1 star is because this company is not the first company I’ve dealt that has essentially ghosted me with a reply. A simple “we can’t do this job” would have been enough for me to not leave this review. But, when I’ve dealt with this across a few different companies, this is my only recourse.

Mike and his team helped me with mold removal in my basement. They have done a really thorough and professional job with reasonable price. now my basement looks and smells totally different. Definitely recommend them.
Company doesn’t try to sell you something you don’t need. I feel this is an honest business owner.
Everything I can ask for in a company. Mike Martin was on time, knowledgeable, and professional. This is the company and guy you want.
Five stars all the way!! I called late on a Saturday evening seeing that they are open 24 hours. Within 5 minutes of leaving my information, Mike, the owner, called to schedule an appointment for the next morning.He arrived on time, with everything needed. He wore booties over his shoes. Our “emergency” was minor compared to most, I’m sure, but he treated us and our issue with absolute kindness and respect. Mike’s team came out two days later for the follow up, again on time & with respect for our home. We can’t say enough good things about them! Thank you, Mike & team! We appreciate you!
Seriously THE BEST customer service any company has ever provided us. They were friendly, quick, got the job done right. They quoted us a price with our mold removal and stuck to it. I cannot say enough about Mike and his employees. They were all upstanding gentlemen and a pleasure to work with. I would hire them again in a second and have already recommended them to friends and family!
I absolutely recommend these guys!! Called and they were out there to check out what needed done quickly! I was in a last minute crunch to sell my house and they saved the day. Chris is very professional and respectful. They were respectful of my home and got the work done absolutely on time and then some!! Price was very reasonable!! If you need work done by someone you can trust, I highly suggest you use these guys! Thanks again!!!
They responded to my grandpas house after his basement flooded. We were very impressed with the company from beginning to end. They responded quickly and did an excellent job with removal and reconstruction. Mike and Chris were both great at keeping us informed and sticking to the timeline they gave us. The team lead was a nice, clean cut guy and was very professional. I would highly recommend this company for water and mold restoration.
